Full Potential Accounting was formed in January 2008 as a natural progression of Technicraft Business Services, continuing a tradition of service to small businesses that goes back to 1996. This change formally adds Sally Dagna as a full-time partner and gives us a name that better represents our goals.

While the mix of services offered has changed over the years, the one constant has been to focus on the unique needs of small businesses. Some of our clients include those in entertainment, construction, film, landscaping, professional services, retail, food service and non-profit public service, just to name a few.

Owners

Justin Dagna, General Partner (E-mail)

Justin Dagna has more than a decade of experience providing independent services to small businesses. He earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and CPA specializing in taxes. While he loves numbers, he also enjoys the opportunity to be involved in creative projects, including creative writing and game design.

Sally Dagna, General Partner (E-mail)

Sally contributes talents and experience ranging from 20 years as a small business owner to 10 as a corporate Executive Assistant for high-profile corporations. She earned her BFA in film production from the University of Arizona, with some MFA technical and design work, and has partnered in four independent film companies. One of her primary roles as an owner of Full Potential Accounting is networking. She is passionate about building solid business relationships with other small business owners and helping them grow through referrals. Sally continues to be very involved in the community working during her off-time as a volunteer with local law enforcement agencies and neighborhood block watch groups.
