Full Potential can prepare taxes for individuals, partnerships and corporations. Unlike many of the national chains, we specialize in preparing taxes for self-employed individuals and small businesses. However, we enjoy working with people of all types, financial backgrounds and income levels.
Most people would rather think about taxes as little as possible, so it is our goal to work with you to ensure regulatory compliance while minimizing any taxes owed. We encourage clients to maintain regular contact throughout the year, especially when making key decisions about forming businesses, hiring employees, securing benefits, entering into leases and more. Making the right choices now can save you significantly in April.
We prepare tax returns including:
- Federal Income Taxes: Individual (form 1040), parterships and LLCs (form 1065), corporations (forms 1020 and 1020S)
- Local Business Taxes: Washington state Business & Occupation taxes, sales and use taxes, as well as area cities such as Seattle, Bellevue and Everett.
- Payroll Taxes: Federal forms 940, 941/944, W-2 and 1099 as well as Washington state forms 5208A/B, new hire reporting and Labor & Industries reporting.
We generally bill tax preparation by the hour to better represent the complexity, difficulty and level of organization of each client. Many simple returns can be prepared in less than half an hour! If you prefer a forms-based pricing approach, we will honor written quotes from competitors.
